Please use the black/blue security fob; front door, storage cupboards and exit security keypad. |
Apartment Front Door #
| When accessing the apartment, please present the security fob at the centre of the keypad area. The range is limited so please present as close to the wireless [img] symbol as possible. You may need to hold it in this position for a couple of seconds. A green light will indicate acceptance of a valid security fob and the door handle will engage. This will the door handle to be opened. If a red light come on, please try again as this indicates an invalid read of the security fob. | ||

Drop off and pick up of laundry bags #
| The laundry cupboard is the primary location for laundry bags, clean or dirty. If clean bags are unable to fit in the cupboard, please email [email protected] to advise that they could not be left securely. We will need to arrange for someone to move the clean laundry bags to a secure cupboard. We are unable to leave items in the guest occupied areas. | ||

Leaving the Apartment #
| Please present the security fob at the security keypad (just above the up/down arrows, and between the bottom of the screen. The keypad display will show a message “Granted, Access Granted” and beep to confirm acceptance. The lights will cycle green at the top of the keypad and LED 5 will turn off. This is confirmation that you are now offsite, and the intruder detection system will be set. | ||
