When the opportunity to renovate an existing apartment come up, we engaged a local interior designer, Sonja McAuliffe from Archertec Interiors to transform the space into what is now an award-winning apartment that allows many people to share and enjoy.

We have not stopped short of allowing you to experience the level of indulgence that allows you to experience what is possible in a modern apartment.

The Canberra City Centre (Civic) creates more liveable spaces, and not just a place to work. New Acton is well positioned to be close to the city but just far away to still maintain a residential feel. Only a short walk away you can be in the city for a meal with friends, or casual catch up.
